Score each hand four ways:
A: Dealer Tsumo (you are East in East 1)
B: Dealer Ron (you are East in East 1)
C: Non-Dealer Tsumo (you are South in East 1)
D: Non-Dealer Ron (you are South in East 1)
All Reaches are non-ippatsu wins.

Part 2: Wait determination (20 min)
Determine the wait. Note that there are only 4 of each tile, so if you already have 4, you cannot wait on one.
Part 3: Tenpai and Placement (20 min)
Determine the Shanten of these hands.
Determine the number of different tiles that will bring these hands to tenpai, and the total number of those tiles still remaining.
Then, from those tiles, determine the number of different tiles and total tiles that will result in a hand with a guaranteed yaku regardless of winning tile (not counting reach or menzen tsumo)
Determine the value of the minimum hand required for each player to become first place.
