Pairing / Format
: 6 game Scramble + 2 game Top 4
Players play 6 games with shuffled pairings, then a 2 game Top 4. Others may participate in the Side Events.

Registration Instructions
Registration is Closed
First, Signup here: RRO 2023 Signup Form
Second, complete payment via RIT SecurePay:
- 1: go here: RIT CampusGroups
- 2: click “sign up” under first time user
- 3: fill in firstname, lastname, email, account type (other), robot test, click Next
- 4: it will say “We’ve just sent you a 6-digit code by email.” Check email, enter code, hit submit
- 5: on the left click “Stores”, search for “riichi” in the box next to the magnifying glass and then click the magnifying glass, then to the right of the “Rochester Riichi Open Registration 2023” that appears click “View”
( if you are having difficulty finding the Stores tab, go here: https://campusgroups.rit.edu/student_stores ) - 6: change dropdown quantity of “RRO Registration” from 0 to 1, click “checkout” on the bottom of the page
- 7: Put your Full Name in the box provided (don’t skip this!), select Credit Card, click “next” on the bottom of the page
- 8: you are now in the secure payment service. click “Next – Payment Method”
- 9: continue following prompts, entering your payment method and email, and submit payment
- 10: once you are done, post “paid!” in #paid-for-event in the discord (or email us) and we will lock you in
